Chatherine Eddowes (also called kate) was killed at Mitre squere. Chatherine was only 46 when she died born April 14 1842, time of death, 30th September 1888 around 01:00am and 01:30 am. At more or less the exact moment that the body of Elizabeth Stride was being discovered in Dutfield’s Yard, another prostitute named Catherine or "Kate" Eddowes, was being released from Bishopsgate Police Station in the City of London also referred to as the "double event" .
At around 1:44am Watkins descoverd the horrifilng sight of Catherins body. The clothes drawn up above the abdomen. The bonnet was at the back of the head—great disfigurement of the face. The throat cut. Across below the throat was a neckerchief. Body was quite warm. No death stiffening had taken place. She must have been dead most likely within the half hour. A v had been cut into her cheeks and eyelids, the tip of her nose was detached. Her abdamen had been laid open, her intestence had been tucked out and over her shoulder. She looked like she had been ripper open like a pig.
